Gerald: I absolutely loved this movie! And Gerald was an awesome villain! Kerei Kotomine: Haven't seen the anime. Papillon: Haven't seen this anime either. The Demon King: Awesome and creepy! Naoka Ueno: This is legitimately one of the best animes I've ever seen. And Naoka is a cool villain.

If you’re talking about Naoka, then it’s kinda simple. Now sure, she’s not a full on VILLAIN, but she was a bully to Shōko, and emotional and physical abused her, but Naoka does redeem herself in the end.
