I think that withered bonnie looks better when his head doesn't move when activating, also I constantly hear everyone say that springtrap's jumpscare was slow and not scary in the game, but I think it really fits his design

Spring traps movement makes sense because even though the springs have already gone off, he still has to be careful and slow with his movements in order to not make it hurt more.

Changing the Bonnie Running scene to Foxy is subtle but also makes it way better imo. It stuck out so much for anyone going back to watch it after playing.

Because the initial trailer was made before Scott finalized the movement patterns of the animatronics. Bonnie doesn’t run in the game, it makes sense to change it to Foxy since Foxy is the only one who sprints in the finalized version.
