What a nice surprise it was to win this award for Wiggler. The Sonic state team was working their buns off documenting the Superbooth madness. Thank you for the recognition and stopping by our booth.

I was thinking the same thing. They are all like "Really? An award?" Its indicative of the mentality. I think the business of making music equipment is as much as an outlet as the music made from their machines.

Chris really is an awesome presenter. I've always loved his Novation demos, even though I'm not particularly interested in most of their products.

Ps: On the TEO5 oberheim I directly hear that annoying stepping from the knobs and modulation wheel typical of Dave Smith/Sequential/Oberheim designs ... probaly due to a 3 euros Zx chip that they can't be bothered to update since the 1980's...

That Crum drum seems really sweet! But it’s absolutely massive. Hopefully they’ll make a compact version for a more modest setup.

So on the wiggle do I get all 8 octatonic notes on those finger do dads?

You get one octave of a 7 note scale (eg major, minor, harmonic minor…) and the root note one octave up. The scale can be edited with the light touch buttons arranged like a piano keyboard up top, and there are 3 slots to save scales for quick access. I’ll make a more detailed video about it soon
