Im an animator myself in case your wondering why some frames look distorted just like that its because of a thing a called smear frame, you see a smear frame is one of the 12 principles of animation. Smear frames is used at fast movements giving it a lively and bouncy effect and will not just look bland and boring, theres different kinds of smears. Its basically when you move your arms and legs in a crappy phone camera where you see blurred after images of your arms and legs

Junkrat The bomb they're called stretch and smeer frames. They are used to exaggerate features in fast moving scenes such as running, jumping, etc. They are not a sign of a bad artist, they are actually the opposite. A good Animator knows how and when to use these frames to give off the right kind of mood/emotion the scene is ment to have. These are all purposeful drawings and they're not trying to hide them.

"Squash and Stretch" is a style of animation that makes cartoons look "cartoony". Yes, pausing on a smear frame is funny but it actually looks really great in motion. Anyone who says "smear frames = bad animation" clearly knows nothing about animating. (Blizzard also uses this in Overwatches cutscenes and victory poses.)
