Once inventory is sold, dealers start pointing out flaws in the builder's projects and suggest that the property value has declined, creating dissatisfaction among investors. Then, they push investors to buy new projects with other builders, perpetuating the cycle. Comparison with Sonipat: Unlike Kundli, Sonipat has better potential, suggesting a stark difference in development and investment opportunities between the two areas.

@qualityauraindia3762 TDI Main gate se Gurudwara tak 60-70℅ empty TDI school from backside to H Block Near to proposed Smarpan Hospital 90℅ empty or jo बने hai vi bhi incomplete बने hai just penalty se bachne k liye, after that behind Parker mall and Ansal, almost 40-50% empty lack groove to NH 44 many parcels are empty, Now move to Education city 60% empty From FIMS hospital to Metro view apartment s Now only little bit activities going on otherwise most parcels are empty. Yes Industrial Park are full in many parts. Empty Malls , less livelihood . And I observed this from last 15 years This area will develop definitely but 2040-2050. If someone invest now there grand children can benifit one generationधन्यबाद smart investors are moving towards Jevar airport, YEIDA, Dwarka Expressway,Delhi Mumbai E way, मेरठ तक मेट्रो पहुँच गयी और यहाँ लोग 2024 मे खुश हो रहे हैं के मेट्रो आ रही ही आई नहीं है अभी 🤣🤣🤣 Actually ये area किसी नेता या उसके relatives की एरिया ऑफ interest मे नहीं है इसीलिए दिल्ली अभी भी दूर है। जब तक नरेला Develop नहीं होता ये एरिया develop नहीं होगा Bhadurgarh can benifit from Maruti then Sonipat.और एक दो धरने और लग गए तो जो बचा है rate कुछ इसका भी सत्यानाश तय है। आप invest करें मैने तो अपना पक्ष रखा है।
