@@00Batman I mean its a game, and its fun overexcessively beating enemies with sauce and style. Frankly speaking if there was a fatality or kill animation in the game I would be pushing all the goons of the roof just to see the animation hehe. As a GOW and DMC fan, needlessly and overexcessively beating enemies with 100 hit combo is so much fun! I remember playing Tell tale's batman there was a segment in which he hangs a goon upside down to interrogate and applies pressure on his arm. After the goon told me the details I had option to spare or brake his arm. I broke his arm regardless while the goon was in fear rambling "no no no...but..but I told you" then snap his arm breaks. I felt so badass .

It would be amusing to write an AU Spider-Man fanfic in which he’s a violent piece of work, and the stuff he does are just the brutal moves Spidey makes in this game. Stomping dudes into explosions, pile drives into pavement, web-throwing motorcycles, manhole covers, and missiles at people’s heads, pummel combos in midair… the stuff where the player is like, “okay, that guy’s not living through that.”

In canon Spidey just slaps the goons lightly and they get webbed up immediately, he barely hurts people unless they are superhumanly tough or have armored suits.
