FOR THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS- Today at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart reads Romans 8:2 teaching on the most powerful law in the universe. While the law of sin and death is powerful, nothing is more powerful than the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. When we play with sin, we are playing with something that is meant to destroy us. Sin is too powerful for us to fight by our own willpower. But thank God, at Calvary Jesus’ death on the Cross took care of man’s sin problem. He paid our debt, a debt we could never pay. When our faith is anchored in the finished work of Christ on the Cross, the Holy Spirit goes to work in our lives to change us and transform us into the image of Christ. He is a merciful God; by grace are we saved, through faith where we have been set free from the law of sin and death. There is power in His name, and there is victory in His name.

I was addicted to tobacco for 40 years. I admitted to God that I could only stop with his help and I went to bed one night and NEVER used it again. I had No desire whatsoever. That's been almost twenty years ago. If that's not a testament to the power of God I don't know what is .If You need help with an addiction pray for God's help. He will if You let him. Thank- You Jesus.

Out of all the church's platforms I see today, I think this is the only one that does not look like a rock concert with the dimmed lights, and no more choir singers, and the people that are up there singing in theses church's look like grunge rock singers with tattoos and torn jeans. So to Pastor Jimmy and Pastor Donnie, I have so much respect for yous and your ministry for not conforming to what that other church's are doing. Bro. Jimmy, my husband, told me he heard from yesterday's 5-26-2024 programming that you broke your arm. I want you to know how much you are appreciated and loved. And once again, thank you for always keeping us in remembrance that if we don't quit, God won't quit. That one line has helped me more over the past 4 years than you know. And I will always remember this truth. This past 19 years of the 5 back surgeries have been the hardest trial I've walked through.Sometimes, our brothers and sisters in Christ mean well but as Job's friends have failed in letting the Lord teach them how to be touched with the feelings of others' infirmities the way Jesus always did. And I feel led to say that in times you need that special touch of Jesus start singing - Jesus is the sweetest name I know And it's just the same as his Holy Name that's the reason why I love him, so because Jesus is the sweetest name I know.
