I have heard that they scam the tourist and charge unreasonable amount. So please let me know the amount which I should pay to them for visiting Kargil war memorial

@@zeveshmodi1750 There is nothing like scam as we know..but yes in Srinagar you will find Taxi union rate list which are almost fixed but in Sonmarg you need to negotiate..and that is a common thing in Kashmir and all other tourist destinations..😊 Also we went by our own car so not having an exact idea about taxi fare but roughly they would charge around 4000-5000 from Sonmarg to Kargil War Memorial and return. Also negotiation will depend on the season as well.
