brenda is totally right is telling the truth (under oath!!) and sticking to her convictions. she literally is the ONLY one truly interested in joss;yn's welfare, ironically enough. so is jax, but he's also being a jaxass about it. brenda was SHOT AT WITH HER SON. she's always been an open, honest person and her testimony was brenda being true to herself, not manipulated by sonny, jax or anyone else. a mother who puts her child before herself (and other peoples' children... WHAT A CONCEPT!!!!

That arrogant "what's clearly obvious" comment from Jax at 6:50 really sunk him in the end, with that smirk, "I won, you lost, nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah" that didn't go over very well with the judge, just like Alexis tried to tell him.

@sdott06 Yeah she sucks , the man she married, love of her life puts everyone first before her! She thought they woulsd be moving in their home but relocated to his old home of his previous wives and has no control of who comes in or out at ANY time. It's OK for Carly to be involved in Brenda's son life;yet Sonny and Carly DEMAND Brenda not get involved in their children affairs. Also, Brenda has given up so much to be Sonny's wife yet; Sonny has given up what? Yeah, I guess Brenda does suck!

Brenda was shot at more than once. She was kidnapped. Michael was shot in the head. Carly was shot in the head. Kate was shot at her wedding to Sonny. Sonny was shot, and Jason multiple times. Lily was blown to bits. Sam was shot. Emily was strangled. Robin was shot in the arm. Nikolas was shot in the throat. BUT being around Sonny and Jason is safe? Excuse me, Jax is the safest parent of them all. The rest are being very hypocritical, and full of excuses. Jax is not lying. Being around Sonny is dangerous.

I dont like how brenda said that because i think carly a GREAT mother, she does everything and anything for her kids when need be. She'll do anything to protect them. They are all associated with sonny, even jax so i dont get why he thinks jocelynn would be safer she'd be in just the same amount of trouble.

I agree he did this not for carly & jocelyn but to hurt jax. He also took Michael from aj bc he always hated him. I think sonny was put off by aj because he grew up very wealthy & I remember in the early sonny years he had a fued with aj bc brenda lived with the q's ( which I wasnt watching at that time but not sure how it came that she lived with them) & aj had a thing for brenda & also would warn her against sonny. Jason did too but aj was more upfront about it . Sonny didnt have any use for Jason Q. But started to like him.for being so nice to stone & inviting him to work out at the w gym with him to keep his strength up. I think the writers did that bc they knew jason was gonna have the accident & wanted to test his friendship chemistry with sonny.

Sonny messed up he should have told Brenda that there was no police report of the shooting. But, that what happens when you don't keep your STARPLAYA informed. @nolaa64 ITA. I love Brenda, love Sonny, and love SnB...but this time around Sonny hasn't been much of a husband. He treats Brenda like she's wrong because she develops and acts on her own opinions. She & Alec are shot at less than 24hrs ago, & you want her to quiet so Carly doesn't look bad. Give me a break. Carly would've sang like a canary if the roles were reversed and SnB were fighting for custody. Why b/c Carly has loyalty to Sonny not Brenda just as Brenda has loyalty to Jax not Carly.

Well, being that after Brenda's return, Carly's been NOTHING but NASTY to her.. hmm trying to ruin her wedding, barging in her home after asking her not to do so, THEN stating how a disaster of a mother she'll probably be, etc., saying "because Brenda is a mother too" isn't a good enough answer for me. Yea, Joss could be in worse situations, but she DEFINITELY could be in MUCH better ones as well.

Carly flat out told Brenda she would be a horrible mother and when she did try to get along with Carly for the sake of the kids she shut her down! Brenda said it right, Sonny is married to her not Carly! Yes, Jax is using her; but he is the only one making time for her! Also, I wish they would stop keep asking her how she would feel? She KNOWS, she just got her son back! I'm a S&B fan, but this time they suck!

What's weird is the judge heard such damning evidence here but later after jax was framed the judge said none of his accusations have been proven but wouldnt Brenda's testimony be enough proof esp being sonnys wife. And sonny also a Had to admit it. If anything I'd think theyd both lose custody & joycelyn could have went to Bobbie or lady jane ( jax mom ) I can see why jax & sonny loved brenda she really is a good person. She is like robin without Robin's neurotic nature & she is pretty judgemental & she did blow the Micheal secret to aj & I dont believe it was to do the right thing but bc jasons chose a life with carly & michael. She had no problem lying when she jason & Michael played house & she was mothering michael while carly was at ferncliff. Also she was a huge hypocrite by telling Patrick for months she went to a sperm donor. She did that not bc Patrick was dangerous but to punish him for not wanting a baby & taking up with that nurse leyla. She only told Patrick when he asked her point blank. Then she punished Patrick for months saying he could not be in the babys life. I still think she is a good person but with some flaws with men. She also would punish jason by threatening him if he didnt leave the buisness she would leave for paris which she did. Also the judge can review how Michael was shot in the head just by standing near sonny. I know it's a show but a judge I'd think would be concerned. How dumb of jax not to pay the mediator in cash.
