The 4th of July picnic goes underway. Lily informs Sonny that her father Rivera has been shot but they are publicly saying he is in the hospital with pneumonia. Brenda gets irritated with Lily and Sonny talking and breaks it up.
Later everyone reads parts of The Constitution (The Bill of Rights). Mary Mae sings America America.

amytx1999 - I know the feeling. I still can’t watch it. I’m traumatized with it for life. I can’t believe after it SnB were never the same. Angst, heartbreak and pain to no end. Not to mention frog face and Sonny / Brenda and Miguel getting together. Major disgust.

It amazes me how after all these years both Sonny and Brenda had relationships with others and still couldn't keep there hands off each other. Haven't watched GH since the last time she left. Bring her back and I'll be hooked again.

I would believe they wore no protection, did you see how many time they just start making out over and over in bed... No way they had times for condoms.. Lol maybe brenda was on birth control... That's really explanatory... Remember she was still young, busy with business, lilly didnt had to work, her daddy is rich plus she was older, she probably never was on birth control.. So it would make sense for her to get pregnant so quickly..

People talk about Brenda hanging with Miguel, and why she can't see its the same as Sonny and Lily. I think its because Brenda has no type of real feelings for Miguel, she is all about Sonny. But she as a woman knows that Lily cut her arm off, to get Sonny naked. Brenda doesn't view Miguel boring ass that way. Even when she got dumped, and started sleeping with Miguel she was doing it to ease her hurt and to stop herself from slicing her wrist. She never wanted a future or even date Miguel, she just wanted to make Sonny jealous. That's why she could be somewhere with Miguel on a so called date or whatever, and the minute she saw Sonny with Lily, that's all she be hyper focused on. Even when Miguel told her after the wire, that him and Brenda were together. Brenda said NO! They were just friends even though they were sleeping together. Sonny was so angry and betrayed once he started doing Lily, he wasn't going to just drop her, and Brenda knew it. She also knew Lily was going to hold on with a death grip. Brenda could said goodbye to Miguel two seconds after the sex, because he didn't compare to Sonny, he was the lighter version of Jax. Somebody she was just using. Lily was the quieter Cujo. Sonny ended up keeping Lily much longer unfortunately. Hopefully you guys see what I mean.

Let me tell you Brenda LOVES Sonny's dirty drawls! But she does have a lil crush on Miguel unfortunately or at least she did. Brenda sees Miguel as a sexy male friend, dance partner someone she can talk too. Difference between her and L**L** is Brenda is NOT trying to SHOOT HER SHOT for Miguel unlike Ol ET Phone Home is for Sonny. Nah, she ain't never wanted to be his woman when they were "buddies". DAM, you said, "stop her from slicing her wrist", LAWD! She was most definitely covering the pain while letting Miguel YING YANG in that THANG, LMBOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Actually, Sonny wanted Brenda back a few days after the wire. Ol Girl he was trying to THROW THAT A** in a circle for Sonny in Puerto Rico but he was like, "I'm GOOD" his heart was still hurting for Brenda. He struggled for a long time before L**L** came for my man and took his break up virginity. Then he AVOIDED her for days, LMBOOO!!! "The lighter version of J**", DEAD LMBOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Both Sonny and Brenda were using L**L** and Miguel to get over each other. The difference is L**L** didn't care that she was being USED and Miguel was having fun. I mean he FINALLY had a REAL woman in his bed. Chick, had her claws hooked into Sonny like a dog on some MEAT! Sonny saw POWER with L**L** and just went with it. He was about to LEAVE her A** until she asked her daddy to BUY HIM! I get what you are saying and the bottom line is Sonny and Brenda AIN'T LOVE THEM O's!! I FEEL YOU JAZ!
