Mac Jones this is a over/under conveyor so in the control room you should be able to change the speed.

The car count isn't on the conveyor, it has to do with your equipment in the Tunnel, i've seen Better Conveyors run 150 cars an hour, but that's a 200 foot tunnel with a massive equipment package. The thing that gets me is they use crappy chain on this Conveyor shown as opposed to a x458 chain.
