I was finally able to confirm it. The hat-shaped transistor or tantalum capacitor attached to the capstan motor drive circuit or servo circuit may be defective. Please be careful as the pattern of the board is not very good and it will peel off easily. After using it each time for over 6 days, I tried it again. There were no further failures or changes in screen condition. All cartridge videotapes were also restored. Repairs can be completed by strongly adhering the joint between the end tape (transparent) and the video tape. We plan to conduct a recording test at a later date.

Since cartridge video tape deteriorates from the beginning, there is a risk of the tape getting tangled, so move it to another metal reel and bake the tape for several hours. After that, we will strengthen the tape joints.
最終的にチェックを行いました。6日間以上毎回使用して繰り返してみました。再びの故障や画面状態の変化はみられませんでした。カートリッジビデオテープもすべて修復完了しました。これはエンドテープ (透明)とビデオテープの繋ぎ目を強力接着し、補修完了。あとは録画テストを行う予定です。
ご注意
カートリッジビデオテープは最初から劣化のため、テープが絡む恐れがありますので別の金属製リールへ移動してテープを数時間焼きます。その後、テープ繋ぎ目の補強を行います。

それはゴムベルトの状態が良くないためです。太さが3mmの規格ベルトは入手困難です。これがあれば、静かになるはずだ。
