I had the triculpt/abex done 2 months ago. Should my stage 2 garment be tighter or fit loose compared to stage 1? My nurse tells me stage 2 should fit loose however I keep seeing everyone else wear a tighter stage 2. I'm confused

After my 1st surgery, I ended up in ER about 30 minutes of leaving office to get a Dilaudid shot I was in so much pain. 2nd surgery I demanded 2 Xanax, took my pain pills with me so I could take one as soon as I rolled out of the office. I'm a nurse so I should've known better. Then they tell you to message the fat. Deposits in your abdomen... but they don't tell ya it's A big deal. After it was ll said & done... 10k to them, 4 k to ER, another $600 for wood therapy & massage for fat deposits, that I couldn't keep on top of. Cuz if you don't do right after surgery. You have to have another surgery to remove the dead fat from your body. I had started eating Keto a month before to get adjusted...all of that to lose 12lbs. Had to get a lawyer....

With it all said & done. I continued my Strict Keto eating, medium exercise sine I get my 10k+ steps working.Drink Ketones, I'm down 65 lbs. & it's staying off. Nothing is worth it if you don't put in the work
