Throughout the interview munawar struggled to explain the technicalities of his own jokes. And I was thinking what exceptional command Abish has over this craft called comedy. But in the end when munawar said "aap apne aap ko boht rok ke rakhte ho. Kisi ko hansana hi hai toh kya hi rokna khud ko" I realised, damn he's so right. The rawness gets lost behind all these technicalities. Munawar wanted to tell a joke. So he told it. And audience even laughed. Doesn't it serve the purpose of the joke?. He started the journey and now technicalities will come along gradually and eventually. Kudos. To the raw talent👍

Watched Munawar's interview on Beyond The Laughs with Punit Pania yesterday, and it's interesting to see the difference in the way he talks about the same thing with different people. With Punit I think he had a very homely vibe whereas with Abish, it was much more professional. That also shows that he's not acting when being interviewed or stuff, he's just being real.
