Hello all, I have made a transcript of this video, so here it is: Alright.... This is 'Theo' from Keebomed..... going over the keyboard features of 'SonoScape A6 Ultrasound' machine. We have some other videos on the machine of some of the functions and abilities and the benefits of this machine, we are just going to go over the key board here real quick. So, just start off with the basic functions are pretty laid out for the average user. Up here we have an ‘Exam’ setting. You press that depending on which probe you have selected. You can pick what type of exam you are doing. This specific model right now has human software available, so that calculation packages they are on here now in regards to OB or for measurements. If you get this with the veterinary calculations, package changes. So it’s just something to keep in mind. So we will just say, select any random one, and it comes up. Next button of the top one, we should be using pretty often, “Patient”. So here I just put ‘Test Number’, ‘Made’ or ‘Birth Date’… but you can adjust everything from patient ID number, height, weight, age… clinic name… all that kind of stuff. So it pretty much depends on what you want to do, depends on how in depth you are. Next, very popular button is the ‘Comment’ button. This button, when you press it, you get a cursor. You then go ahead and set the cursor wherever you like, set it, and that’s where your screen tell, you go on to freeze it to next image. So this is the button that pretty much everybody uses pretty often. ‘File’ button right here! This button is where you all will be saving, storing and editing all your cases and studies. In this case you can either save it direct into the computer or what’s really popular among most of the people, they save it straight to USB drive. This way you don’t have to do anything after you are done, except remove USB, go to another computer and either send or save or follow-up with the images. There is an option to create a new directory so that you if have a certain day test, you can create that for a site. You can have that all under one site and you can go ahead and copy that to a USB drive. If you have your own - we don’t have a USB in here. But that would come as a separate drive. So just like your basic desktop computer, we click and drag and copy or paste, you can put reports back in here as well and then you can see how much memory here, delete test, it’s pretty self-explanatory. So that’s another button that lot of people use. ‘Clipboard’, this we only have one saved right now but if you have multiple images, it allows you to scroll through your different images that you have stored for that specific test. If you are not sure, you want to check something, that’s a good way to look at what images have done. The ‘THI’ button is for ‘Tissue Harmonics’, so that’s something that not everybody will be using a lot. It just adjusts settings on the machine and that’s something that not everybody really messes with but it’s good to know that it’s there, just in case you need it. And finally, is the ‘Frequency’ button, so that changes the number up here. The lower the frequency, the deeper you can penetrate into the issue but less clear quality resolution in the image. The higher the frequency, the sharper with more detail, but you can’t go much deep. So all depends on what looking at specifically for that frequency button. Obviously we have a keyboard, that’s pretty much self-explanatory. On this side over here we have ‘TGC’, so with allows you to do each one of these allows you to adjust the gain on the screen, so that if you have one part that’s really low or dark if you are going for a dense tissue and once part of this is you can adjust those, and it gives you a line bar here at show. Usually people have a kind of line up in the middle or slightly off-center. Overall game is right here, you can just increase that or decrease that. That’s something that each user will be using on their own. There’s okay with this side. On this side we have our different screens, so ‘B Mode’ is the standard mode that you see. You can have a split screen, so if you hit B/B you get one screen. You hit another one, ‘save’ and you can get another one and you can have them side by side. So if you are comparing your sys maybe prior to aspiration or depending on the type of thing you are doing, that’s a good feature we have. You can also have a B mode and M mode screen, so you can have your regular image as well as the 2D screen so if you are measuring a heartbeat for example, that’s pretty much the best use of that screen. Another way is a four way screen if you are comparing something that sometimes popular, probably won’t use that too much. And then there is the ability to up, down, left and right, so, depending on the position you are in or if you are in a tricky spot sometimes, you have to put the machine or operating the way you are, you might want to flip the orientation so that the upside down or left or right, that’s the user preference, most people usually don’t touch those buttons, but it is available if you need it. The resto of the buttons are also pretty self-explanatory. We have a ‘Save’ button, so that’s how you save your images to your USB and to your computer. ‘Report Page’, once again, like I said this is for human software, so it comes up under all human settings, but if you have it for veterinary use, you can have it for all the different type of animals. And that is just a readable calculation primarily for animals all be. Humans, cardiac, can’t have small parts and it all depends upon what you want to save. Lets get out of that. And then you have your basic user function keys. ‘Distance’ is another popular one, that’s’ kind of self-explanatory. You hit the button, set one point, go to the next and you can continue doing that indefinitely and all your measurements come up on this side, that’s good to know. ‘Aerial’ button is if you are measuring something in little more detail, you just draw your circle or a square of whatever the case is you are trying to measure and you get your area. Cal package comes up specifically for doing those of the cases like I mention that how you get the report to be generated. Another thing some people use is the body markers that varies from different tests as this is once again all human software so you get all human organs, but that changes again with the animals. And then you get an ‘Exit’ key and then ‘Freeze’ key to save. So, while this one of the better machines we have. The user keys and functions are pretty straight forward and it’s a great machine to use.
