Just hearing the opening bars to the theme tune took me back to the days of bunking off college early to catch this show. This, early Neighbours and Prisoner were my TV staples. Watching this again reminded me I always had the feeling Oz was a decade behind in fashion.

Omg i watched every episode of this as a child with my mum.. I couldn’t wait to get out of school. I lived in Cornwengland then. Mum and me loved it.. the last episode was so cleverly written.. a perfect round up. I just cried hearing the theme tune., 😢

Because modern TV is mostly filled to the brim with nonsense talk and commercials plus a lot of cooking, reality, lifestyle, panel discussion, amateur talent, elimination and dating shows, usually hosted by people who have no prior experience on-camera, it's good to re-visit shows like this and confirm that classic/vintage TV programming of 30 years ago was 10,000 times better than the BS we have to endure nowadays. An era long forgotten.
