People like to project their feelings, vibes, way of doing to other people. They get utsed to that and think that's life and how you must handle. Most it happends with parents vs children relationships. Some are doctos, office workers then they will say 'Son/daughter..study MLA become a high student' bla bla bla 'Study is everything' in life. But they dont know the feeling of being a wanted super singer!! It's almost 1% chance to achieve that in life. That's why people/parents will say 'Get your books, study, go to university then become CEO' bla bla :-) They know that can take place by hard work and effort into books..then you can CERTAINLY get that, But with acting or musicican it's not possible to achieve tat..waaay harder it is...either its ment to be or not. But IF you make it like most of the singers or actors. Then you get the respect of your parents. Same story for the movie 'Patihala House'. Father didnt like his son because wanted to something wat is impossible to achieve...being a wanted and good cricket player....I know its the FEAR as a friend or parent your child is addicted to something what what brings 'nothing to the future'!! Same for talented gamers now a days You can earn money now with it...a lot of money.

where were you from 1998 to 2010? Maybe you were not born?? Literally every second song on radio was a Sonu Nigam song. Every movie had at least 2-3 songs by him. He started singing less after 2010 and then was boycotted by music labels for the copyright law issue, from 2013 all the way through 2021. he had only few songs in that time from 2013- 2020. Since 2021, he has sung at least 35-40 songs for films and independently. So yes, Sonu Nigam ka daur tha aur hai!! Please educate yourself.
