So strange-- I never have focus issues with my 50mm copy. My focus accuracy is in the 90's % when utilizing eye AF.

Hi, now you use a Triopo Softbox. You like it more than the Godox (or Neewer, or,...) foldable 60x60? Do you use the Godox or you replace it? I have Godox As200pro and TT685s.

Hey Piet. I still have Godox 60x60 but mostly using Triopo 90cm octagonal softbox. Nothing special but I give softer light cause it’s bigger especially when make it close to the subject. Im uploading a review this week after Christmas

I was going to get the 28-70mm lens but aside from stills and videos, I also want something I can vlog with and that lens is so big, you’re selling me on this one but people have been hating on the slow af. What do you recommend ? Is the af really that bad

why not use the stock lens for vlog? so cheap so light and small for travel. it also gets reather wide and has built-in image stabalizer . not incredible for portraits and stuff, but as a video wide angle i think its often over looked

Yes, I've both and it's rare to see a comparison between them. Great to see what these lenses can do in the hands of a professional. The only other lens I have is the 35mm 1.8. I'd like to upgrade the 50mm to one of the Zeiss lenses just to experience what an expensive lens is all about but not sure it's worth it!

Yep, I'd watched it and it's another great review. Interested to hear your thoughts on the 35mm, with the new drive system it feels like there's something lose inside when it's not powered up. I had the 50mm 1.8 and the slow, inaccurate (and loud) autofocus drove me crazy; to the point I actually returned it. I'm buying the 85mm 1.8 instead!
