Only main concern with a6100 is after sale repair service since its 2019 model in 2023 which is 4 Years old

If on a budget or keeping yourself to a certain amount id go for the cheaper body with the better lenses for the sensor for exampe and a6100 but rocking a Sigma 56 mm 1.4 DC DN

I would say the A6400. But it depends what you’re doing. If you are a photographer, you can also go with the A6100. The A6400 has more video functions like the picture profiles.

@@AjuJinus if you don’t want to colorgrade your videos, you can go with the a6100. Otherwise, if you are only a block off, maybe the ZV-E10 is better for you. It has a much better stabilization system.

Yes of course. I think that the A6100 is one of the best APS-C cameras on the market today and you can choose between of lot third-party lenses too. Perfect value for money.

You have 420 shots with the a6100 and the a6400 has only 410 shots. The a6100 will not get hot during use.

I know it's really late. But I just got the A6100 a couple of days ago and I tried recording 4K25 and I got around 45 minutes with the battery at 55-57% left.The camera's got a bit warm but no overheating at all. Really glad I got this instead of the A6300..
