Just found your channel. Good to see someone from Louisiana. You're right, the heat in Louisiana is different. It forced me to find cooling solutions for a couple of my cameras. Great video on the Ulanzi cooling fan. I may have to get this myself after Tilta fumbled my order for the ZV-E1 cooling fan.

@@anthonyj_film_photo I must admit that I love the dynamic active stabilization. I don't have to always carry a gimbal when I want some relatively smooth footage. Interesting attaching technique. I’ll have to give that a try. I got two for both of my fuji cams and couldn’t get mine to stay attached to either camera for more than 15-20 minutes. It makes me feel like I can’t really trust it in a run and gun work scenario where I would probably want to use it.

Hi. Thanks for watching. So here's what I've also noticed. If I attach it that way, it stays on much longer all together. While it's running/spinning, it never detached as far as I let it run up to a couple of hours. However, when the fan wasn't running, it eventually detached. Strange I know, but I don't know yet if it's sliding down or if it's just popping loose when it falls. Hope that is useful for you. Thanks.

Hello buddy. It was a very useful video. I bought an a6700. Unfortunately, due to the temperature rise, I can't take long non-stop videos. In your opinion, I can have about two hours of non-stop filming using the Olanzi cooler? Because I was thinking of selling the camera and buying a7c. Thank you for your help.

Hi. Thanks for watching. It truly seems to vary camera to camera. Also, it will greatly depend most on the format, framerate, and environment temperature. Truly, there's no way to say for sure. It's likely no problem if 1080p. Possibly ok with 4k 24fps. Maybe 4k30 of an hour at least. I would say no to 4k60. Hope that helps. But some people say they have no problems, and some say they have worse problems.

i see the presentation twice because something was relevant and nobady talk about it...the temp that ulanzi show. if te temp is not higher then 44C the camera will record unlimited. if the camera ( or what ulanzi mesure is above 44C ) the heat warning will appear or simply shut down . the last test in outdoor you start the recording when the camera was allready 40C so...probably the short time of recording is because the camera started at 40C ( allready in a high temperature bady status ) wich i assume that you didn't let the camera to cool down. In any case, this is good to know that the fun make a different. Also...4k 60p seems to be the max that camera can handle and also...not reliable for long term recording. For a weeding event...fx30 it is a better and overall more robust and reliable camera that you can count on. For everything elese...the a6700 get the job done. Thank for sharing with us all of your messurments. it realy helps. what i am realy intersting about is 4k 50p 4.2.0 10bit or 8bit with 75mb/s or max 100mb/s because...we are not doing raw photography in order to miss our shoots...because we know what we are doing and we expose properly depending on the scene for the firs time. ( shoot right from the start and apply any lut or preset and see how much better the footage is eaven with 2023 lightroom presets...people will be amased ) we do not shoot 200 or 300 or 500 Mb/s just because we don't shoot corectly and hope to fix it laer in post. and in any way...this is not the camera to do this...and nobady shuld count on this level of camera to do this...not eaven on fx30...so...be gentel and shoot right from the start. this camera specs are reliable for camra like fx6 and above...so...this is what it is... many people think hat they can do everything with this camera...to bad..they simply get drunk with cold water. Please if you can...just do the test that i mention above 4k 50p 75Mb/s or max 100mb/s. it is more relevant for this kind of camera. in this price point...all the higher specs of this camera are limited...and as we can see...the limitation is overheating. and it is normal...just because it is not made to be a work horse... many thank

Hi. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate that. You make some excellent points. I agree this camera is not made to do everything with the highest performance. It's a great photography camera, and capable of taking beautiful high quality video within it's limitations. To expect anything further in video, you're right, something like the FX30 is the way to go. The a6700 and fx30 are my main combo, and they both are great at what they are for. I like your point about the 4.2.0 75mb - 100mb. I ran the test mostly with the max settings in the overheat video series just because majority of people are interested in the highest 10 bit 4:2:2 capabilities for this camera as the specs advertised for the a6700 new apsc Sony, ya know. I'm already in the process of creating some new videos for the channel on some new topics. I hope you consider subscribing. Thanks.

Hi. Yes, it seems that there are many variables among these. Some overheat, some don't. I honestly think it's a great camera though, and I would buy it again if I lost it. It all depends on what you need out of it. It's great for photography, and no major issue with 4k24. 4k30 varies amongst cameras, but still gets plenty of recording time. 4k60 and 4k120 offer plenty of recording time to capture clips for slow motion. I wouldn't be concerned unless I needed to record 4k60 for a very long time. It's been a great hybrid camera for me. Enjoy it! Thanks.

I guess because I'm certainly not. I have taken into consideration this and other things I will improve as experience increases with talking to camera. I think it happens for me when talking to a lens due to a combination of angle, trying to be sure lighting isn't shining and reflecting all over my glasses, and reading some notes at times with the intention that those times will be covered with b-roll footage, but it doesn't always work out. Still early in my on camera experience, and hope to improve. Thanks for the tip, and thanks for watching.

@@anthonyj_film_photo Hey boss. I don’t know if what he is saying is an actual thing or not, but I just wanted to say it is inspiring to see you step out of your comfort zone to make content like this. As someone who has recently started getting in front of the camera to make content again, I can definitely relate to the journey of “figuring out” how to be presentable in front of a camera. But honestly man, you did 100% fine. Your expressions as you spoke served the information you were sharing on a platter. It made this video much easier to follow and digest. It holds the viewers attention, so much to the point where people like the guy who made this comment was subconsciously analyzing your face. Its not in a weird way either bro, it’s 100% a gift you have. And this is coming from someone like me who was supposedly diagnosed with “ADD”. Maybe there is some overthinking involved, but at the end of the day your content provided us all IMMENSE value. I ordered the fan in the middle of this video, and stayed to watch the rest of your tests. DO NOT overthink it. Keep focusing on providing the value and do what feels natural. As someone who is also apart of your target audience (A6700 owners), I am not worried about the faces you’re making. I want to see you put this fan to the test, and that sir you absolutely did! Not just indoor tests, but OUTDOOR tests too? Those outdoor tests must’ve taken a few days if you ran out of daylight on the first outdoor test. Talk about VALUE! Trust me, there are other people who notice the effort you put into your content just like me. Easiest sub ever. Just keep doing what you do.

@KSContentCreation Wow, man I truly appreciate the kind words. What an awesome compliment and way of wording it! Thanks so much. I'm definitely gonna keep going. I'm doing what I love...creating, and am thankful to have gotten started. I now welcome any mistakes and any failures so I can learn as fast as possible, and put them behind me. I have every intention to provide the best quality and value. I know that will take time, and I look forward to the journey every day. Comments and interactions with good people like yourself and @gigihanmandarin really sweeten the experience. They teach, inspire, motivate, and are a blessing. Btw, I checked out your channel and can see you have a sense of how to put things together to connect with viewers and tell a story in a manner that can capture a person's attention through something relatable, emotion invoking, and maybe even nostalgia for some. That is special, and is also inspirational because I am working on multiple other short film / storytelling projects as well. The headphone commercial had 1 small detail that is similar to an idea I have for a quick clip in one of my future videos. It's been in my head. I haven't shot it yet, but it was nice to see an example of how it would sound and look. Good job bro!
