I have almost finalized to buy Sony x82L 65 inch. But when I visited offline store, I felt Samsung Q70D display has more clarity and brighter, than Sony x82L. But Samsung doesn't offer Dolby Vision, they offer something similar called HDR10+ itseems. But most of the OTT content is Dolby Atmos & Vision only right, not HDR10+. Also, Samsung audio output is litte inferior than Sony. Now, I'm confused which one to buy, can you please suggest better of two? Our Usage: Set top box & movies in OTT. No games.

If you do not play any games, then get the Sony X82L, Its got Google TV OS as well and the extra RAM and Storage will help with it. Plus it also has Dolby Vision which is missing on the Samsung.

@@sdilipraju Q70D maybe slightly brighter than the X82L and is a great Tv as well, in fact you get the benefit of even having 120hz refresh rate for gaming which future proofs your buy.

Sony X90L and Samsung Q90C which is better in that aspects of gaming and video quality and sound too

Sony X90L is the better value for money TV brother: amzn.to/4fCjCW1 S90C is an OLED so its better in terms of contrast and blacks but plz note it may also come with risks of Burn ins specially if its connected to a PC. If its purely for content in a Dark room, you can go with the S90C but plz note that its missing Dolby Vision like any Samsung TV. Sony X90L is a bright panel so it will suit brightly lit rooms.

You can get the Bravia 2 brother, the difference is mainly in size of these models. For instance S25 is available in 55 inch and 65 inch and S20 is available in 43 and 50 inch.

Hello Sister. I can understand as me and my wife also disagree on a lot of things :) specially on what to watch on TV. OK regarding your query...LG QNED88T actually makes a lot of sense from the price to value perspective as its a QLED with 120hz Refresh rate and it also has Dolby Vision which might be missing on the entry level Sony and LG models. But most importantly, it comes with LG's 5 Year OS upgrade program.

Bravia 3 doesn't have the multi acoustic speakers, x82 does have.. I experienced both TV in croma and finalized x82l and sounded much better than bravia 3 and is better value for money.

And Bravia 3 vs X82L which one to buy ❓ For example, if you watch Vineet Malhotra's review of Bravia 2, it is a downgrade from X74L as it's brightness has been significantly decreased. If we do a comprehensive comparison, it makes more sense to buy X74L than Bravia 2 because of these downgrading..

Thanks so much brother. If you can stretch your budget you can get the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 43 inch in 65k approximately. Its a monitor but doubles up as a TV. Its a Mini LED monitor with 360 local dimming zones, gets as bright as 600 nits which is super bright for 43 inch and it can do up to 144hz for gaming.

@@nishitjain341 Q6N is also a good option but it does not support 4K@120hz, its only 1080p@120hz. If you are into gaming, only a Monitor will give you 120hz in 43 inch in 4K and the Odyssey Neo G7 is the only one which is kinda competitively priced. The other option is to go for an LG OLED, but its comparatively way more expensive.

I would like to upgrade my 12 year old 32 inch sony tv in Aug / Sep this year. My first preference is Sony X82L. On scrutiny of customers feed back available in various forums , some of them opined sony bravia's display panel got defected after 2-3 year and repair cost is almost half the TVs price. That is incorrect brother. Sony panels are still as good as they used to be. LG does offer better price to value ratio with their QNED83 series brother. But if you do not game, then you can just go with the Sony X82L brother.

Hi , Sony has just updated price for Bravia 3 which is same as X82L (1,29,000) for 55 inch model but acoustic multi audio, DTS digital sound and object based contrast enhancement features are missing in Bravia 3. They only updated the Bluetooth version 5.3 and picture modes professional and Dolby game over X82L. I don't know about the brightness improvement or not so should I buy the X82L instead of Bravia 3?

Buying tv from a offline store like vijay sales and croma is better option as i checked multiple online store for tv but then i went to vijay and got a huge discount on credit card and store discount. That made the sony tv even better option if someone thinks the tv is over priced. It was at par with LG and Samsung in terms of pricing, with better picture quality and OS. Offline store also promote Sony tvs over LG and Samsung, earlier they use to just promote Samsung 😂.

You can get the X82L as it has the advantage of the extra RAM and Storage plus, it may also benefit from better discounts now.

It depends on your needs, for instance if you are into gaming, you need a 120hz panel, if you need better viewing angles you need an IPS panel. Sound can be improved later, even OS can change using something like Fire TV Stick or Chromecast but panel type and brightness cannot be changed once you purchase the TV. So the most important aspect is Display and backlighting type, Brightness and Refresh rate.

The difference between the P71B pro and C61B are two things mainly, 1. Brightness is a bit lower and 2. Storage is lesser. Storage plays an important role in performance specially with Google TV OS. But given the 10k price difference, you can also go with the P71B Pro and at less than 60K for the 65 inch, its a good buy.
