I guess one plus phones are not good with screen mirroring....I had to try more than 20 - 25 times to screen mirror my one plus 5 and finally it did screen mirror but the experience was not pleasant....audio lag while playing videos....and while playing games there was a lag of more than 10 second and i could not screen mirror it again or else I would have uploaded a tutorial video of the same.....but every time your screen mirroring fails switch off the tv switch it on and try again

When you cast your smartphones screen on tv ...you are casting both audio and video so just increase the volume of your TV to test the audio or if your TV is connected to an home theatre system or external speakers switch it on...and you should have audio

Hi Taina, unfortunately you can't screen mirror your iPhone directly to sony Bravia TV. Since Sony supports Miracast to screen mirror and apple supports airplay....so you will need to buy apple TV 4th generation or above and connect it to your TV via HDMI cable and activate airplay on apple TV and connect apple TV and iPhone to the same WiFi connection and you will be able to screen mirror your iPhone to Sony Bravia TV and on iphone the screen mirroring option is called "screen mirroring" itself.....

To check if your tv supports screen mirroring or not press the top left button or the source button on your tv remote if you don’t see screen mirroring option along with hdmi 1 hdmi 2 tv etc then your tv doesn’t support screen mirror… in that case you can buy mi 4K tv box fkrt.it/L9YKRjuuuN & connect it to your tv via hdmi cable and connect your android phone and Mi 4K tv box to the same Wi-Fi connection and via screen cast screen mirror your phone to any tv

Since apple supports airplay and Sony supports Miracast to screen mirror you won't be able to screen mirror iPhone/iPad directly to Sony Bravia TV you will need to buy apple TV 4th generation or above and connect it to your TV and connect iphone and apple TV to the same WiFi connection and you will be able to screen mirror your iPhone to Sony Bravia TV via airplay follow this tutorial for more detail kzbin.info/www/bejne/nIa3gq13ZtqUes0

Hi Navya most of the ott platforms Amazon prime, hotstar etc don’t let you share your screen while watching content on their app… for example amazon would want you to buy their fire stick dongle… so better would be to invest on mi box 4K tv and connect it to your tv via hdmi cable where you can install all your favourite apps and watch content plus you can play movies from pen drive as well and since it’s powered by android you can install browser as well
