Just found you after buying hdmi ,cables and connectors. For connecting the phone to the camera.So now I have only the need for the usb cable.Stlli the cable will come in handy if I buy a monitor.doh.Great to know I have a simpler option to connect to phone now.

Yes you can record on both card at the same time when connected to an iPhone with usb. You need to enable record simultaneously in the camera.

Lacks the key feature (for me) that the free Sony app (Creators') gives which is a clean view on the iPhone with camera controls disabled. Which I can give to a client or director to view while I shoot.

Hi, if you go in the menu in the top left corner you will see user interface orientation you can try landscape I think this will help you!
