The most impress on me... is Not the video editing or the product itself... is... the Back Ground Music~~ 🤣

I appreciate what you do there! I have a question: I'm trying to repair the record mode on an AIWA cassette deck. When I press record it makes an electronic feedback squeal and then a hum. Could the switch slide be dirty? This happened on another deck and I tossed it. Don't want to do that this time. Thanks!

Thanks for the content...really good stuff..just a little surprised that you didn't replace the capstan rubber ring

The rubber is vulcanized directly onto metal piece. There's no simple way to change it.

because that part is integral (rubber and metal) and the part is no longer available, 99.9% of professional service places refuse to work on these machines.

Thanks for the video, very helpful! Can you give us a source for the rubber tires? All I can find is an Ebay offering of a set but some people in the feedback section question that seller's products' quality.

Hi, Thanks for watching, the idler rubber is custom made by me
Looks like you took out those Japanese made parts and replaced those with parts made in China. Hmm....

The motor's speed is definitely the same during both recording and playback. But coz the power supply I used for testing has insufficient current. Recording requires larger current flow, that's why the recording speed became slower. It is back to normal speed only on playback mode. This cassette tape is used only for general reparation, not for speed tuning.
