Sir please share a schematic diagram of the voltage regulator ic and how did you connect the metal flim capacitor for reducing hf and lf switching noise from the regulator ic

You can put a 0.1 uF capacitor at the input and output of the voltage regulator IC. Additionally, you can use bypass toroid cores or inductors for filtering any remaining EMI.

Sony CXA1619BS is a single chip FM/AM radio IC designed for small radio players, but it is sensitive enough to listen to DX stations. It does not have an FM stereo section and only gives single audio output as per the Sony datasheet.

1. There may be two wires for power supply, the negative wire will be connected to the ground. The positive wire will be shaded red or a connection in series with a resistor to the IC. (please refer to the IC datasheet) 2. There may be one connection for the speaker output if it is a mono out or two connections for a stereo FM board, which will usually be output coupled through an electrolytic capacitor. 3. Antenna input will be through a small capacitor coupled to the antenna tuning or tank circuit.
