Sony DA3000ES Repair. Protect 11 and 21.

This Sony had protect lights when listening at low volume for some time, always protect 11 in this case but as soon as you increase volume to -20 to -15, it would trigger protect 21. It does not swop fault codes. Its 11 after a while at low volume or 21 immediately at high volume.

I have a STR-DA9000ES and it has the same "protector check code 11" message, I'm in Australia, what do you think the error is, same problem as yours?
