The fact that this progress has been just in 2 months proves that sony, with all their money could actually do it even faster if they wanted to but they prefer to focus on the wrong things like crapcord and whatever else live service and a Horizon ZD remaster (which is basically more recent than BB), yeah sure BB "only" sold 7m copies and the horizon franchise is on the 20m+ and all you do is chase that money but come on, the only OFFICIAL smidge of bloodborne we've gotten recently was the Lady Maria bot and the hunter skin for the bot in Astro Bot (which makes sense because Japan studio was absorbed by Team Asobi). Don't think we'll ever see something done with BB and if we do it'll be like 10-20 years more down the road, sad times.

I've been doing my first full playthrough on shadps4 and its been very good, crashes are more and more infrequent by the day, I've completed the base game and just killed Ludwig! Im running a RTX 3060 and im getting either a stable 55-60 fps on 1080p and even a really crisp looking 1440p at 35-40 fps. Disclaimer though I have 32gb of ram and it might not work so well with anything less than that for a bit until further improvements come out.

Only works if you monetize the emulator or distribute something that you can target, this does neither, emulators are perfectly legal and they're also the only thing that makes YOU and ME able to play the old classics when companies like Nintendo and Sony let their classics rot on old and deprecating hardware, already many thousand games that never will see a remake or remaster that are only kept alive by emulation.

Yeah.... I don't want a bluepoint remaster after the way they bastardized demons souls's art style. If they include an option to switch back to the original assets like with the MCC collection, then I'd be willing to give it a chance, however.

I've tried it out. It's getting there but really needs a ways to go. Its not a stable 60fps in most areas, and crashes often. Game incredibly unreliable above 1080p also. Really proud of how far its come though!

There is someone is Sony LIVING THE MICKEY MOUSE EYES OUT MEME! I bought Astro deluxe BECAUSE OF THE BLOODBORNE SKIN! Bloodborne is actually a 50/50 to work with. Demon’s Remake was beautiful. But for people who aren’t Sherlock Holmes let me paint the picture. MIYAZAKI GOD HIMSELF SAID THIS. “I want to wait 2 generations for a remaster”. It has to be PS6 BECAUSE OF MIYAZAKI. Or in another way to look at this, “THEY NEED TO PROTECT THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH MIYAZAKI”. Which is to say asking for a Remaster is dumb on the first place. Sony should have made an imposible deal for a Bloodborne sequel… or much better another Miyazaki original IP. If we are going to be clowns as say “Sony should have done Bloodborne Remake on PS5” we should be pointing at current Sony! WE SHOULD BE POINTING AT 2020 SONY to ask for Bloodborne remaster (not remake) in 2022.

So to summarize. Anyone who has been in the internet has seen since 2018 the psycho talk about PC bloodborne. And God-Miyazaki already said “2 consoles” which is literally what already happened with Demon’s going from PS3 to 5. We already know Sony knows BB exists thanks to the Bb skin. Now the stuff that happens between the scenes is only for the actual players to know… Which is to say Sony top managements, Miyazaki (cause he knew about Demon’s remake) and the devs… which obviously we are all pointing at Bluepoint despite the early reports saying “new IP”.

Looking good! Gamers making their own remaster.. Its so weird Sony missed their opportunity. I’m playing Bloodborne for the first time now after playing all From Software games first. It’s a bit rough but still enjoyable. I was hoping to get to play the remaster of Bloodborne on PS5. But after hearing Sony did a remaster for Horizon Zero Dawn instead I lost hope they ever do a remaster for Bloodborne.

I believe Sony is underestimating Bloodborne since remakes typically don't sell as well as the originals. Elden Ring brought in so many newcomers to the soulsborne genre (myself included). I'm trying to hold off on playing Bloodborne because I'd prefer my first experience with it to be at 60fps. I'd 100% buy a bluepoint remake and I've never even played the game. No one asked for Horizon Zero Dawn, Until Dawn and The Last of Us remakes.

I’m sick of this whole 60 frames nonsense. The reason you love bloodborne is because it is the way it is. Ever watch sopranos on a tv from like 5-10 years ago vs a tv from very recently? The show is unwatchable on the recent tv it’s all sped up and shit. Things like bloodborne or the sopranos were made for the platform they were intended and shot/programmed for that generation. You would have to make a whole new game or it wouldn’t look right. Why mess with it if you love it so much?
