Curious - you didn't oil any of the gears or bearings on the pulleys. Hasn't the oil dried out on all of those? Thanks for making this video, though - looks like switching belts on these decks is a fairly simple affair.

Your totally right, I was right there and even though they were working, that lubrication is still 30 years old. I have a Sony 5 disc changer that needs new belts. I'll be sure to re-grease all of the mechanical points on that one. Thanks for checking out the videos!
