This machine has been briefly tested for function, and is mechanically fully functional.
The unit turns on and fast forward and rewind function properly.
Playback also OK. The sound still sounds surprisingly good, although sometimes there is an ugly ticking in between. Possibly a dirty switch, but not sure.
Also noticeable is a slight iron smell, but that did not affect play at all.
Tape counter functions.
