Sony wf 1000xm3 charging and power on problem

This happened to me right out of the box. I’m waiting for a replacement. Is there something that can be done? Clean the contacts, or something. Right earbud does not turn on, the led never turns on blue, hence I cannot even pair them

Just bought a pair for £50 on ebay hot a funny feeling they are a bit suspect and the owner hasnt been forcoming about the use. Gonna fiddle and play hopefully not.

I tried to return mine to Best Buy and their return policy is only good for 15 days now. My ear buds were not even a month old.

ya, truth is, after 2 years, they will have the problem with both. I "can" charge them but as soon as they are out of the charger, they last 1 hour and die out on me. Sucks.

@@ferranseguiandreu5048 - good question. Simple answer "Kinda". I updated all the software and all (too way longer than it should) but sadly it only gives me, maybe 2 hours. But honestly, that could just be my imagination. They still "refuse" to charge sometimes no matter how many times I clean the case or play with them. 🥴

better try replacing the battery it works like new again ( i did the replacement of battery and works as new :))
