@@ikwuamaesi unfortunately most untethered earbuds fall out of my ears too easily. I have yet to find a set of earbuds that will remain in long enough to give an honest appraisal. I still have the earbuds and occasionally use while gardening. They still fall out and I have to hunt them down. Not using much for music; mostly talk radio. Musically, I generally like the over the ear cupped ones with noise canceling. Still, the FIIL ones are smaller and lighter than the Sony’s. And much less expensive which is probably why I kept them.

The FIIL T1X are proof positive that you shouldn’t/have to spend over $100 for earbuds to get quality. Dare I say not even over $50 since I payed $34 for the T1Xs.

True there are some decent unknown/value brands if your willing to take the risk but they generally don't rank high in comparisons(top10,top50,etc) so I prefer to stick with established brands I know even if I have to spend more and features like ANC and ambient sound modes are important to me which low end earbuds don't generally have

I was thinking of picking up these Sony's as an upgrade to my Jabra Elite Active 65t's. However, after watching this review, I decided to just stick with my Jabra's. The waterproofing is better on the Jabra's, and the Sony's still can't be used with each earbud independently from one another, and that was the main feature I wanted. Thank you for this review, you saved me $170.

You know, I love Sony earphones as I'm currently using Sony XB75AP and these are really really good earphones. I hope you check them out. Your one video just came out of nothing on my home screen. Soundcore looks good but wasnt thinking about spending that much: $150 especially when they have a IPX4. I really sweat when I work out plus have a pool in my backyard incase my head briefly goes under water. Thoughts!

jian hoong in my opinion.....the FIIL T1X has better bass.... FIIL T1X is louder but liberty pro 2 wins with battery and clarity.....i have them both and i hardly listen to my liberty pro 2 over the fiil T1X.... and the FIIL T1X has a better sounding EQ in my opinion.

In conclusion I have both pairs and they are both necessary. Galaxy buds + are ones that you can wear during the day, take your phone calls, listen to music, when you want to watch a movie, or really listen to music, Sonys have full size cans type sound.

🙌 I couldn't agree with you more on this one, I do not for my life understand why don't didn't first of all include them in their app.. That i can't understand, and second why tha heck they don't use a button to turn on and off that "Xtra BASS" they bragging about.. I was really excited when I saw the first video about these because I've have wanted to buy some extra bass headphones or ear buds.. But I think ill see when my Soundcore life Q10 comes if they are good enough or if I have to go to Skullcandy crusher's..

You seem to have hate for the Sony item? It is a budget priced ear bud with good sound. If you add the features you want it will bring the price up to the price of their next higher up earbud. Because you continue to say they are $130.00 that is false and has been false since they came out. Yes that is the suggested price. They are and have been $78.00 since coming out. they are a nice item. They not the best they not the worst. The FIII item is nice also.
