These mid-tier entry level headphones are very well rated for thier comfort (even better than those premium sony headphones). While sound perception is a subjective thing, a persistent issue that is reported time and time again with these is sound leakage.

These are more comfortable to wear but the Live 770NC beat them in all other areas. Careful though, my pair of Live squeaks when I move my head and JBL wanted to charge me shipping fee to replace them. So make sure you get them from a retailer that accepts returns in case they have the same problem.
