As for water resistant .... It is not mentioned anywhere but i accidentally washed these earbuds many time (literally many times) and it's still alive. It's now 3 & ½ year old

Great headset although for me, the light is overzealous - entirely TOO BRIGHT! Also the earbuds themselves would have been a bit nicer if they were made of metal - nowadays there are so many cheaper ones that are metal, would have really lent it a more premium feel.

Bass not working properly

Bought it today because of this vide and returned it immediately after tested it. The WHITE NOISE is really terrible. I tried them with different songs an even in a crowded space you have this annoying sound in the back. If you really want a good sound, put a little more money into another earbuds. Not recommended at all.

I just bought it because of this video. The battery life is amazing. But it has a big problem which you didn't mention in the video: STATIC WHITE NOISE. When I sit in a quiet room and listen to music using this earphones. I can constantly notice the white noise. Which is really annoying, I did google this problem and found out a bunch of people had the same problem. Sony should mention this problem for anyone wants to buy it.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed, from the purchase. I tested this product thoroughly , and I didn't noticed this issue. But when i focused really hard I indeed noticed the white noise when I connected the earphones via Bluetooth to my smartphone. but when I played music or KZbin videos this white noise completely disappeares and after few seconds I basically forget about the existence of the white noise. Only when I stopped the videos or the music I could hear the white noise. In my opinion it's not terrible, even with the white noise I still think they are great. but each of us have react differently and has different level of sensitivity. So I really hope you succeed to replace the earphone or receive your money back.

Absolutely agree. I bough it today, and after try it, went back to the store here in New York and returned them. I couldn't bear the White Noise.. and also agree that this is serious problem that should be mentioned.

@@luispalacio8722 it's intentional. the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is one of its more important features. you should be able to shut it off? but im not sure. Thats actually the reason why i want them. havent bought them yet.
