Thank you very much for taking the time to show what this camera is capable of. I do a lot of wildlife photography and that camera and its lenses are heavy. So I'm trying to find something that provides better images than my iPhone but that I can easily carry with me all the time. This might be the one. Cheers. Greg

why the heck does your footage look 1000 times better than mine ?

Because this person understands what ISO shutter speeds and white balance are and he conveniently shrinks the footage in scenes that are not at max quality. He has tools of the trade and applied skills. It's not your camera, it's how you use it.

Can you please share your setting for night scene? Shutter speed, aperture, iso, etc? Which mode do you use for taking video? I’m wondering whether it was all manual mode or movie mode with shutter speed priority.. If it was all manual mode, how do you adjust your exposure? Love your scene. I’d appreciate if you cam share your tips and advice.

Switch to still images using the still image, video, and S&Q button at the top. Then just press the shutter button.

You can apply camera shake correction with the master cut of Sony's new Creator's Cloud software. As with Catalyst browse, the camera shake correction is applied from the metadata, so the correction is more effective than the built-in correction of the camera.

do you think this camera could take nice night portrait shots? can we achieve the bokeh look? i heard f stop is only at f4 at 50mm. I cant choose between zv1 and zv1 ii

Bokeh is difficult unless you get close to the subject. Also, since there is no camera shake correction for still images, it is easy to shake when moving to the telephoto side.
