Chek the grill lock if it is broken.... If yes then heavy duty glue may only be used... Barring u from removal in future.

Yes, only grill was removed and cleaned, no impact on the casing.

Like a clicky sound? Just happened to me. It's sounds like the speaker is vibrating too much and hitting something.

Its the passive radiator hiting the uper part of the speaker grill. It hapened to me too. The solution is that u download sony music center and play with ecolizer and find a sweet spot where is not hiting the grill.

Wrong way to remove the front grill. Start to remove from front. Not from side.

If the charging port is slightly bent than bend it back with a litle bit of force and u should defenetly clean it witn asiprpic Alcochol but do it really carefully and if that doesent work than write me at gmail [e-mail] I will be happy to help you.
