First off he had no right being in her home asking for ID. She knew he her rights and didn’t want to say her last name because under the law,she was not under arrest or detained for a crime. After she unlocked the screen that the cop unlocked, and went into her house that should have been the end. Instead he decided to see if she had warrants to make this trip worthwhile. She was getting on his nerve because he knew she knew he was the devil.

The officer the white officer was the one that was the prowler in her yard he was the one that broke out her windows so when the call came for someone to come out to check out what's going on why was he so close there and made it before anybody else because he was the the man that was in her backyard breaking out her window in her car

Ms. Massey 🕊️ had water surrounding her body when deputy 2 went to hold the cloth on her GSW. My question is this - did she have any burns because there is a lot of water around her. If there are no burns on that autopsy report, it speaks volumes about their “perceived” threat. If there were burns on her, that is also the fault of the deranged deputy.

Yall see how he points to the kitchen at his partner, mrs massey looks up just in time and saw this gesture he made to his partner. When both cops starts to back up she says what yall doing getting away from your hot steaming water, she realizes that she is being set up and says i rebuke you in the name of Jesus that statement gave the killer the excuse to excellerate his intent to kill her. You see how the partner pulled his gun on her as well he did not try to de escalate the situation or use a tazer he was there and saw that she was an unarmed black woman but allowed this murder to happen he is just as guilty the killer and his partner had a secret communication to get her to the kitchen with the hot water then kill her. She was set up and realized it at the end.

She called 911 so there was nothing wrong in backing up to leave the residence. No need to check ID. The residence was already checked and found to be safe. If mental or physical help needed then deadly force force was not needed.

In the movie The Exorcist the priest throws holy water on the possessed person chanting "The power of CHRIST compels you" similar to "I rebuke you, in the name of JESUS". This is what first came to mind in reference to what the officer may have thought she meant. After watching the video, the officer had full clarity that the young lady was either totally in fear of the unknown prowler or maybe even slightly having mental issues. Note: she was wearing a hospital ID band, something the officer should've noticed. When the officer ask about the vehicle parked in her driveway and if she was aware of any damage, the only damage she recalled was a dent. Not smashed windows. As an officer, his first thought should have been that someone was outside her home and had broken in her car. At that point the officer should've started to investigate that angle. Turning off his body cam made it clear to me that the officer had bad intentions. I believe he turned off his camera because he was planning on raping a person he deemed not to be fully in her right mind. Maybe not that day, he would return when he was alone. So he needs to enter the home to case the place out, asking questions like does anyone else live here with you? This maybe the reason the officer kept inching his way in her home opposed to simply leaving. Did he make a sexual pass or was he thinking sexual thoughts at her pre to his partner entering the home? The other officer was running her license plates as you see in the distance, the main officer speaking to her and entering her home. With his camera and audio off we don't know what he or she said that warranted him entering her home. Also she had made a comment about her meds, which should have triggered the officers that she may be in need of her medication and this would explain her questionable antics. Was the paperwork she was frantically looking for, some form of medical records highlighting her mental condition or prescription she needed filled? This is why I believe she continued to ask for their help. In closing he clearly murdered her. Her hands we're up, she stated she was sorry. But at a different angle she grabs the pot again and seems to try to throw it but there was a clear none threaten distance between her and the officer's. But the officer had already threatened to shot her in the face, even after he was given all the mental illness signs and symptoms. A person with mental illness has strong senses and this is how they may react when in fear or detect evil in their presence. His bad decision will cost him. He should receive life or even the death penalty. I wonder if he was fired from the other police departments because of some form of sexual harassment encounters and or racism? His tattoo's seem to represent some form of possible white supremacy or aryan nation affiliation.

you point out a key factor that no one is really talking about, namely how she wanted to show them her "paperwork". We do not know for sure what that paperwork was but all of the signs were there for the officer(s) to be on notice why she may have appeared the way she appeared. The paperwork was likely hospital discharge papers which would have explained why and how the patient may feel after being discharged from the hospital. She tried to show them that. So this is their fault, not hers... even if she tried to throw the pot. She felt threatened first.

She poured some of that water down the drain 🦻🏼listen and you would hear hissing. She then noticed he was acting suspicious so she asked why was he acting that way. When he gave the weird response she then “Rebuked that statement in the name of Jesus” and he used that to act devilish and shot this young lady who he sent to get the water off the stove. He was all amped up when first encountered her.

Yes, I agree, Grayson is guilty of at least 2nd degree no matter how you look at it, but the details of the altercation I believe are a little more subtle. It may even be 1st degree, but it will be hard to prove unless more evidence surfaces. What really seemed to happen in the body cam footage is Grayson's disproportionate reaction to the word "rebuke" or the whole phrase, "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus." Grayson literally acted like he thought she meant that she wanted to baptize him with a hot pot of boiling water. Either his ignorance or lack of cultural sensitivity to why Massey said that should be a crime in and of itself for a professionally trained officer sworn to serve and protect. After Grayson reacted the way he did, when the very moment before, he was making light of the fact he was creating distance between himself and her holding the pot of hot water, when she asked him why was he moving away? that right there was the beginning of the breakdown and misunderstanding between the two parties. Massey must have perceived his action of 'backing off' as implying she might be harboring ill will towards them, not knowing officers are trained to react that way towards any potential threat or situation. So, Massey was like, how dare you think I have anything but the most honorable intentions (in my own home).. I REBUKE THAT NOTION! After Grayson's dramatic change in demeanor and his unwarranted threat, Massey understandably obeyed his orders, and immediately apologized, placed the pot on the counter, raised her hands up to her head (while still holding the pot holders), and crouched to the floor. This is where it all should have ended, if not for Officer Grayson's repeated commands to "Drop the pot," when in fact, she already did. I imagine from her confusion, after hearing him shouting the same thing over and over, she might have thought maybe he wanted her to put the pot on the floor, who knows, but in the very next moment when she began to rise up, he fired. Yet, like a man beside himself, he still shouted for her to "drop the pot," even after he saw her collapse on the floor. It can also be argued that Grayson took the REBUKE as chastisement and then retaliated in anger.
