We make saag out of drumstick leaves(moringa leaves).....it doesn't taste delicious😂but its healthy that's why my mom force to eat them😢

Bro try with garlic dry chillies, mustard seed fry it and put leaves salt .. don't close the lid ,,and cook in low flame if possible use iron kadhai not aluminium..this leaves hav high minerals calcium iron and many things which reacts with aluminium and makes it taste little bit strong and sometimes like bitter...it taste better if u cook with clay(mitti) kadhai

I am surprised that the cooks have never tasted moringa leaves In my country Mauritius we get moringa leaves everywhere n we use only the leaves to make soup It has got a little bitter taste but once u have developed the taste its ok

I'm surprised too.. In my country India, moringa leaves (which is shevga in Marathi, drumstick ) are used as a medicine in Ayurveda as well as Unani medicine. Southies and Maharashtrians know Shevga curry and loads of drumstick recipes..

In tamilnadu moringa leaves are called "murungai keerai".they're very easily available here and most families use them in various ways...we consume it atleast once in a week and they're delicious
