Theme ( background): Mouth organ / Organ (?) heard prominently at 0:00 0:47 1:55 2:48 3:50 ( Perhaps Accordion according to Prasanjit Beg ) 2. Chorus: (Sufi'ish) 0:24 ( repeated ) 3. Basis: Semi-Classical / Hindustani Influence 0:58 4. Electronic Background score: 1:19 , 1:28 , 3:22 5. European Folk ( Possibly Germanic ): 1:59 6. Western 2:12 ( Notice the transition from western to the Hindustani theme ), 4:27 ( background ) 7. A weird portion (don't know how to classify it !) 3:40-3:50 8. Western Classical - A very monotonous background tune. 4:44- Only ARR can get away with this (sarcasm)...

If the oscar jury would've heard the album of Guru, AR Rahman would've definitely gotten an oscar. From traditional folk to Sufi style to western. From the height of fun and dance in the song 'Barso Re' to the depth of sadness in 'Jaage hain', this album has everything. Not only India and the Indians elsewhere, this album would've blown the charts in almost every country, had it gotten more recognition.
