@@mukulhaque2695 Bhansali has never not been big. Especially since Devdas came out in 2002. He has been one of biggest names in Bollywood since then. Jab We Met and Om Shanti Om are two of my all time favourite movies but there was a LOT of hype around Saawariya, esp because Ranbhir and Sonam were star kids. Jab We Met was actually a sleeper hit, Shahid didn't become a huge star until that movie, and Kareena was also having a string of flops. Saawariya opened big but got bad reviews and crowds went to JWM instead. I think JWM is the stronger movie, but Saawariya is also a beautiful piece of art. It's sad.

You can understand the story only if you have fallen head over heels for someone.This story is about love,longing,melancholy,poetry and it's not for the masses.It's a complete work of art.This kind of filmmaking is appreciated more in Europe especially France.I don't like people trying to compare it to 100 crore films.It's way ahead of it's time.Just like 'Dil Se'

Sawaariya .....tu ...aaa aaa....and Ranbir teasing Sonam and Sonam running behind him, this scene says a lot where the character wants to will all his inevitable love but sonam's character is not agreeing thinking that it is his innocent fun all around her. Simply beautifully directed , crafted and musically crafted song ....clearly went unoticed ....😭🥺❤️❤️❤️

@@iUrmisarkar like O Sanam by Lucky Ali. Chek out euphoria band. Maaeri and others are too good. Then Saathiya movie has many songs composed by A.R. Rehman u.may listen to those too. Beleive me they are best enjoyed at bedtime with eyes closed Parineeta also has some very good songs. But let me take a clue, you are bengali and u must have listened them. And yes Hariharan is all time gem. He won't disappoint you.
