@@mukulhaque2695 Bhansali has never not been big. Especially since Devdas came out in 2002. He has been one of biggest names in Bollywood since then. Jab We Met and Om Shanti Om are two of my all time favourite movies but there was a LOT of hype around Saawariya, esp because Ranbhir and Sonam were star kids. Jab We Met was actually a sleeper hit, Shahid didn't become a huge star until that movie, and Kareena was also having a string of flops. Saawariya opened big but got bad reviews and crowds went to JWM instead. I think JWM is the stronger movie, but Saawariya is also a beautiful piece of art. It's sad.
