Lyrics were very soulful and touched your Heart with slow, melodious music to enhance the "feel" of the song. You simply cannot be a true lover of Music if you don't regularly listen to songs of the Golden era. Sadly, with passage of Time Soulful songs became rare; although the 1990s itself had several good songs and melodious music.
