The most common mistake a parents do to their child is to have high expectations of their child and hoping their child to be someone they wishes , even if they don't like it , its more like controlling a robot , when one of the girl in this video said " I studied hard why don't you believe me " it felt so relatable for me , my parents think that we don't study anything to score average or 70% of our mark .

same... i got 68 to 70% in every every exam this year and last year... so many things changed life almost felt like hell yet my parents dont know even a single thing except me having covid... they want me to quit me happiness cuz they gave me birth and do what they want me to do i really wish they would understand

Me too they never understands what I say but always have high expectations and keep comparing me with others, sometimes I wish to end my life and my they noticed that I laugh too much on stupid things but something they don't is that I'm really broken, scared and lonely deep inside that's why I even use stupid things to make myself laugh and happy but that happiness can't go to my heart 💔🥀😖😖😖😖I never expected this from my parents, they broke me without knowing and I think it was my mistake that I loved and trusted them so much but end up being hurt, being lonely and scared with a broken heart behind my smile💔💔😖😖😖😖😖😖🥀🥀🥀

That's the thing that parents forget or normalize. They set high expectations and stress their children to reach them. Even in the youngest of age... No matter what age they are, over-stressing them is just wrong and I just wish they knew that (Speaking from experience)

Sometimes I just want everything to end, my parents always compare me to my sister, classmates, cousin that I just want to be isolated. My parents had been abusing me since childhood physically and mentally but now they dont beat me much but they say things like "I wish u were dead", "i regret gving birth to you", "can't you be like others". They dont even believe me ..... they fight almost everynight and take their anger out on me. I will really go crazy one day. I HATE EVERYONE.... FOR REAL
