Soobin definitely shined as an MC, he was indeed shy and kinda awkward during the first few episodes, but as the time went on, he was able to loosen up and the recordings went more smoothly. He stopped making these little 'mistakes', and even started going off script sometimes, which made the interviews more entertaining and lively. Most guests (especially male groups) tended to speak to Soobin more, probably to avoid shipping rumors. It's a story for another day, lol. The Akkong duo will remain in many people's hearts forever. Now Jang Wonyoung and Sunghoon from Enhypen are MCs on Music Bank, just fyi. Sunghoon is really introverted too, so it made some folks wonder why he was chosen, but he's doing well too! Please support the Jjangku MCs as well~! :)

I’m glad they had that opportunity, Soobin really is an amazing MC he makes people comfortable and his personality is gold 🥺 he had such a great partner too, I love Arin. I’m just kinda sad their contrat came to an end knowing they really liked this job and wanted to continue for years 🤧

akkong mc was such a good duo that we didn’t know we needed and the impact they made will never change 🤍 they set the standards for mcs and they weren’t awkward with each other but more to gradually getting closer and closer and acting like best friends. Sadly their contract ended on October 1st and there is new mcs that have replaced them but nothing will ever replace them . Those two were like a gold mine for music bank because every week you would see idols being so happy in interviews because of them and even the in between segments where sometimes one makes a mistake , they quickly follow it up and know how to handle situations. Soobin said if he see’s arin at an award show then he will greet her nicely and soobin mentioned he really misses music bank a lot, which shows how much it impacted him. I hope those two can get together again one day to MC in front of an audience cause they’ve never experienced that

MC Soobin and Arin really set the bar high for MCs. Their impact got fandoms scrambling to ask Music Bank to get their artist to MC in Music Bank. This happened when Soobin and Arin's contract as MCs were suspected to finish. Its because they saw how Akkong MC interacted with Idols, how they trended Friday, how Korean Netizens loved them, Idols wanted to adopt Soobin and just the fact that they blew up?? Kpop stans (mainly knetz) have mentioned how Soobin and Arin are just as iconic as Bogum and Irene in Music Bank's history of MCs. Did you know? They're the second longest term as Music Bank MCs. The first is held by the first music bank MC!! People love them so much they extended the contract

Even when still shy on the first & second day, Soobin & Arin already going a little off script/adding add-libs to make the guests more comfortable.. it seems they both talked with each other about how to approach the role & already had the right mindset as MCs since the start, it shows ^^ You can see the difference of someone who just 'technically' good MC & someone who has a good approach as MC. Even if they were shy & making some mistakes at the beginning, they have the right approach to the role so the results of the interviews was never bad since the beginning.

TXT didn't won 1st place in music bank cause if you see txt all comeback they always has comeback with big 3rd gen group like bts, twice and red velvet.... And many more MOA always struggle every comeback but I think it's good cause we are being trained 💙💙💙

txt just got the mubank trophy after two years because every time they make a Korean comeback, it's always with a group that has digital and physical monsters (such as Twice, Redvelvet, etc.), where in South Korea itself, girl groups are easier to accept than boy groups. In Korea, boy groups are very difficult to enter the main chart there😊
