Sooman Lee's Real Estate : SM Entertainment Building in Los Angeles

Lee Soo-man, the founder of SM Entertainment, who transferred all of his shares to Kakao, owns a lot of real estate in California.
A large photo of SM's new boy group RIIZ hangs on the exterior wall of the SM Entertainment building, located in the center of Koreatown.
However, the entire building is covered in graffiti by hoodlums.
