This line has greatly improved from when they first launched. I don't like any from the first series. But they are now the best playline doll on the market. This is coming from a mostly Barbie collector. In less then year I managed to buy 20 of them, all of them 50% off or more.

I was honestly hesitant about getting this 2 pack for a long while now, simply because Luna seemed so underwhelming compared to Sunny, and Sunny's make up in the promotional pics and advertisements looked a bit too strong for me at first glance compared to her previous dolls(like a drag queen's). I've sadly yet to see them in person, but your video of her here is making me change my mind about getting them since her face looks a lot softer in here.

I plucked the bangs off of my original Luna and I liked her much more that way so I’m glad to see she has been levelled up too! These girls are already available in the uk (in store at most Smyths stores) and I think £60 for these two considering their details is a really fair price 😊

The runway Sunny looks GORGEOUS. The raindrop jewels hanging from the umbrella- AHH! She is the best runway doll, and I’m not even gonna apologize for it. This new Sunny doll is the very first perfect Sunny, as well, and it’s taking everything in me not to buy her, because I am planning to get a runway Sunny, and I don’t wanna have 2 Sunnys, but I might end up just saying, “Who cares?” And buying her anyway. This Sunny is amazing. Luna is okay, i like her more than her og at least. Saw a bunch of people saying they wish Luna had the bodysuit featured in the tiktok dance video. Idk if that'd really put her at the same level as Sunny, but it at least would've given her a bit more visual interest to her. Maybe if Luna had more chrome accessories like a necklace and bracelets. I saw so many people complain about the og faces extreme highlighting. I thought it was cool as a unique trait of the brand. id be fine with the more subtle allover highlighting coming back, but i doubt they will...at least in this economy lol.

I love them so much, this is defo my favorite Sunny by far, there is not a single thing I don't like about her. Also I think her bag is supposed to be inspired by the Moschino Teddy bear bag 🐻. I do like this Luna as well, especially her shoes, they are everything I adore them 💜. Also I always thought the shade of purple used for her eyes is the most beautiful purple ones they've done. I like dolls, but i'm not sure it would help humanity if superficial things would be more seen that real authentic and important things. When videos like that become popular, it completely change the cultural, intellectual landscapes of society. It's easy to see it, when we see what's most popular on youtube. It's not intellectual subjects or intellectual music or artistic things, it's superficial and empty things. Because it's more comfortable to people to whatch dolls or funko videos than to read philosophy. I'm not against the inner child (i'm completely connected to it), but this notion become more and more superficial (as this dolls are) and infantilize people in order to make them overconsume and buy superficial products, for commercial reasons
