Probably feels really good for the client, but your thumbs are toast if you're massaging like this regularly. This is not the most biomechanically friendly for the therapist. De Quervains is high risk doing this excessively.

6:32 I have heard self-described deathly ticklish people say they nearly fell off the table when getting a full body massage or foot massage. You should find someone like that and massage her or him in a video you could call "How to massage a deathly ticklish client."

Agree wholeheartedly! Too many people think ticklishness during a massage is a bad thing. Often it's healthy for the client to just to let go and laugh. (Laughter itself can be very healthy and cathartic) And yes, there is definitely a lack of professional massage videos with clients who are ticklish and just let it out and laugh. Maybe an idea for a future video, @Jen Hilman!
