I'm sitting here by the bedside of my beloved 86 year old mum during her last hours on earth. It's been an incredibly tough time for her, but she's asleep most of the time now. I read that a person's hearing is one of the last senses to go so I'm playing this video in the hope that she can hear the beautiful sound of the piano and birdsong and feel that she's drifting away to heaven...

Music is healing and it does gets you close to God. Depression is just a state where we need "deep rest" so we can recharge and figure out other solutions that will work better. Don't regret what you have done, there are no mistakes, only experiences. To always be a winner, ask yourself : How can I use this experience to make a better choice next time? :) Keep the faith and keep listening to music soothe and uplift you. I would also recommend exercise because it creates endorphins (the happy hormones). This music is wonderful indeed ! Love & Light!

I had a while ago a difficult situation at the hotel where I work. I kept a professional stand against a client, and it made me feel uneasy. I was under a small anxiety attack. But, as soon as I heard this, it made me feel relaxed, without stress at all.. Anxiety is something horrible. It makes you feel lost in your mind at a certain moment. Your mind starts to race so fast that you are guessing at what's gonna happen in a few hours or minutes, or even days, without enjoying your present. Smile!! It's completely free. When I look at all of the absolutely gorgeous photos in this video, I think to myself, “Wow, what a beautiful world we live in.” But then, I look back to all of the grieving, loneliness, depression, tears, bullying and everything else.. It’s hard to think, for me at least, that a world so magnificent could be so cruel at the same time. If you’re reading this and you have: A roof over your head Clothes in your back A comfortable bed to sleep in Food Clean water Then congratulations. I love how the melody is continuous and doesn't change rhythm, that is very helpful, I get very easily distracted, but after a few moments of listening to this soothing music I stopped worrying about my online class and continued working really hard so I can complete that class, for myself and my family.
