Thank you for the recipe of Sopa de pollo. I made it the other day I did omit a few things like the chicken bullion & the carrots but I added green platains & everything else as you indicated. I tell you one thing your soup reminder me of the soup my mother used to make for me as a child in Puerto Rico it was a trip to the past even my husband love it & he is not a soup man he love your touch of cilantro it gave it a nice flavor. So from your kitchen to my kitchen thank you for sharing your recipe it was delicious I love it and now I will be making chicken noodle soup more often thanks again.

I first made this somewhere between 2014-2016. I dont add noodles but enough of everything else that it comes out really hearty. I love this recipe. My friends do too. They were contsantly asking me to make it. Currently making it again right now.

Turned out really nice! Hadnt seen chicken just fall apart in water before. Only thing I did different was I added a boricua green pepper and a cilantro leaf to somewhat substitute for the cilantro
