I think the reason why MAXfactor isn't a popular brand is because they only make colors for light-tan skin. Most brands that cater to only 1 small skin spectrum are usually unpopular because that whole demographic they skipped out on will just walk past their section even their non complexion products... Mascaras, primers, etc

taeh yung ???? I'm in the states? Maybelline is one of the top selling drugstore makeup brands . Rimmel is more popular as well because they were one of the first brands to put out a completely matte foundation in the drugstore and they have a lot of colors now. MaxFactor isn't a popular brand because their color range sucks. Period
