QUALIFIACATION FOR SC JUSTICES AND CJ TO BE REVIEWED UPWARDS TO 45 YEARS IN THE BAR. CJ MUST BE THE MOST SENIOR APPOINTED TO THE SC. CJ MUST HAVE TENURE IN OFFICE, 4 YEAR TERM, AND NOT BASED ON RETIREMENT AGE AND CAN BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED ON APPROVAL BY PARLIAMENT.
