At 9:16 it sounds strange for my ears but I can not identify the problem. Is an instrument untuned? The bass or the second cello?

This is a beautiful arrangement and very nicely played, thank you for posting. In particular I loved how the cello and the bass sound here. Are there different sizes of cello ? Why did Jacky du Pré look like she had a huge instrument when she herself was quite a tall lady, and here the cello looks comparatively small ?
